The answer is 19.Logic :
From 1 , we get bottle = 7.
from 2 , we get clock is 10. (10 o'clock)
from 3 , we get party-icon is 1 (since it is 11 o'clock)
Hence,
7 + 1 x 12 = 7 + 12 = 19 (using Bodmas and 12 for clock)
